By using the website, social media, contact forms, or any platform operated by Local Pass PV, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Local Pass PV is a digital platform dedicated to the promotion and marketing of tourist experiences, recreational activities, services, and products offered by independent providers in Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding area.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are subject to availability from each provider.
A reservation confirmation is not valid until the user receives official confirmation from Local Pass PV or the corresponding provider.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Published prices are subject to change without notice.
The availability of experiences depends directly on each provider and may vary according to the season, weather conditions, or operational capacity. CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the experience booked and the corresponding provider.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the experience description or booking confirmation, advance payments, deposits, or partial payments made to secure a reservation are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation by the user, advance payments may be forfeited in whole or in part according to the terms and conditions established for each experience.
When an activity is canceled due to reasons attributable to the experience operator, Local Pass PV will work with the corresponding provider to determine available alternatives, which may include rescheduling, credit for future use, or a refund, according to the provider’s applicable policies.
Requests to change the date or modify a reservation are subject to availability and the terms and conditions established by each operator.
SERVICE LIABILITY
The experiences are operated by independent providers.

Local Pass PV acts as a promotional and marketing platform and is not responsible for accidents, delays, modifications, cancellations, injuries, losses, damages, additional expenses, or any situation arising from the operation of the contracted services.
Users participate in activities at their own risk and accept the inherent risks of each experience.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Some activities may be affected by weather, sea, or safety conditions.

In these cases, the provider may reschedule or cancel the activity according to its internal policies.
USER INFORMATION
The user agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information when making an inquiry or reservation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content published by Local Pass PV, including logos, images, texts, designs, photographs, videos, and promotional materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be used without prior written authorization.
MODIFICATIONS
Local Pass PV may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be published on the platform’s official channels and will take effect upon publication.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from the use of the services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.
